Phase 1 - Broadfields Retail Park, Cookstown

Construction of 36,000 sq ft retail outlet with a garden centre and external works.
Construction of 30,343 sq ft block of 4 x retail units and external works to include car park, lighting and drainage.

Phase 2 - Broadfields Retail Park, Cookstown

Construction of 16,975 sq ft food retail outlet with car park facilities, lighting, stone boundary walls and extensive drainage works.
Construction of 25,287 sq ft unit divided into 4 x retail outlets with external works including a brick service road and substantial reinforced concrete retaining wall.

Go Station Self-Service Fuel Station

Development of self-service fuel stations, forecourts, canopies and services. Go Stations are located throughout NI.
